How it works

  1. Intro call. Tell us about your caseload size, grade levels, schedule, and timeline.

  2. Tailored proposal. You receive a service proposal and contract that match your district’s needs.

  3. Setup. We coordinate scheduling, technology, an on-site point of contact, and access to your district systems.

  4. Services begin. Therapy sessions, evaluations, IEP meetings, and progress reporting start on schedule.

  5. Ongoing collaboration. Regular communication with your special education team, teachers, and families.
